Barbecue is a form of cooking that involves dry heat applied to the surface of food, commonly from above or below. It usually involves a significant amount of direct, radiant heat, and tends to be used for cooking meat quickly or slowly as the case may be.
Our barbecues are served with our special signature Barbican sauce for that extra savory, spicy and delicious flavor adjusted to the degree of pepper/fiery intensity craved by our customer.
Our barbecue meals are served in 2 meal styles which are:
- Barbecue Africana: Barbecue served with 1 side from roasted plantain/yam/sweet potatoes/ with our signature traditional Barbican barbecue sauce.
- Barbecue Western: Barbecue served with 1 sides from potatoes fries/ fried plantain /yam fries/ with signature Barbican barbecue sauce.
